1. How do I order from good family steamboat Delivery online?
Follow these simple steps:

2. Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing an order?
There is no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed or the payment has been made.
3. How will I know if Good family has received my online order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been submitted and payment is received.

4. What do I do if my order arrived with missing items?
Please whatsapp to +60167125572 to inform us of your missing. We will arrange for the items to be delivered to you soonest.
5. Is Good Family Steamboat Delivery available across Malaysia?
We currently only cover some areas in Johor Bahru. You will know if your area is covered after entering your address upon check-out. For areas outside the normal delivery areas, please contact us at whatsapp to check on availability of special deliveries.
6. When are the operating hours for good family steamboat Delivery?
Good Family Steamboat Delivery is available from 11.00am to 6pm from Mondays to Sundays including public holidays. However, delivery hours may vary depending on stores.
7. How much time does it take for Din Tai Fung Delivery to arrive after ordering?
You can select the time slots for delivery within 1day to up to 3 days from the time of order. These orders will be delivered using transportation with Our Driver or Grab Express.
Delivery may be affected due to weather conditions, road blocks or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any delays.

9. What is the delivery fee for Din Tai Fung Delivery?
Delivery fee ranges from RM10 to RM20. These fees could be waived if purchases are above RM100 depending on your location.
A minimum order of RM50 is required.
